I'm planning puppies! Finally I'm able to announce that after more than 6 years, we'll be back in business. Rosie will be mated the next time she comes into season and
then we're flying to Amsterdam! This is a combination I'm really looking forward to since I wanted to do a similar one earlier but it never happened. Several years ago I planned
to mate Rosie's halfsister Kylie to Colin's father Humphrey. Now I get the opportunity to do this instead. Please visit the Puppy page for further details.

This weekend we went to 2 shows; Avesta and Högbo Bruk. Penny got Excellent both days and on Saturday she was also placed
2nd with CK
under breed specialist Janetta Fairbairn (CARMELFAIR) from Scotland! Her critique: "Instantly appealing outline, flat coat, correct bite, nicely moulded balanced head,
adequate forechest, reasonable bone, tight feet, reasonably laid back should but good angle of upperarm, lack of weight makes her appear narrower than she might be, very
short in loin, very good second thigh, good angulation behind, straight hocks, moved true when settled."
The judge on Sunday, Fran Glendinning (PLAIGLEN) from England was not equally impressed: "Pretty bitch who does not like keeping 4 legs on the ground!
However, would like to see more weight on her, good foreface, kind eye, still slightly long
from stop to occiput, good neck & shoulders, slightly loses topline on the move."

Rosie had her puppies on 2nd January at Cannervikens Kennels; 2 dogs and 6 bitches,
unfortunately 1 dog and 1 bitch didn't make it. Here are photos of my two still available favourites (taken at 5.5 weeks of age by the always lovely Miss Jennifer Kling):
Cannervikens Isla The Queen (orange roan bitch)
Cannervikens Izzy The Rainbow (lemon roan bitch)
